Hirotaka Jewelry accepts returns on unworn, pristine items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original packaging and security tags remain intact. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original designer box and protective pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
